As a rule, no. Seasonal Journeys is reserved for private groups and corporate incentives, with a minimum of six guests per journey.

There is one exception. Once a year, we host the Founders Circle: a curated journey for around forty founders, owners, and business leaders drawn from our membership. For this single occasion, individuals and couples are welcome to apply and travel among like-minded companies.

Yes, always. If your group is not selected, the fee is refunded in full. If you are selected, it is credited towards your journey.

Selection happens in two stages. First, we review applications for fit. We're looking for travelers who share the values and sensibility that make a group cohesive. From those who qualify, places are then allocated by ballot, ensuring a fair process when demand exceeds the spaces available.

Every journey is built around a simple principle: the right place at the right time. We match each destination to its optimal season, so you experience it at its peak. Tuscany during the September wine harvest, the Dolomites in late spring, Piedmont in autumn for truffles.

Our European team writes each journey with a decade of experience behind them, the kind you only earn by sitting at enough long tables, getting lost down enough side streets, and learning which doors actually open. These are not itineraries you will find in a brochure.
